Mine would have to be the chocolate chip cookie dough dessert made by Smart Ones. There so good, and only 3 points, for those of you who use weight watchers. I also eat it with a baby spoon, smaller bites make it last longer.

ReplyDeleteSpecial Homemade Hot Chocolate:
1 Mug full of skim milk( it can even be a GIANT mug)heated in microwave
1 scoop of Cocoa powder
1 or 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 or 2 packets of Stevia
(you can get this at Meijer)
Its even better if you have a special someone hand it to you right when you get home. Then you can get OUT of the kitchen as soon as possible and just sit and relax and forget about that pizza.
Good idea about the baby spoon, Tara! What a concept! :) Mine would be having others around (like you) that are shooting for the same goal. The extra encouragement from that works wonders.
