For anyone who is interested, I have a bootleg weight watchers excel spreadsheet that I've found to be really helpful for keeping a food journal. You can access it here.
If you're not familiar with Google Docs (which is where the file is stored) and can't figure out how to save it to your own computer, please feel free to email me at: meadowv@gmail.com

Rules and Information
CONTEST DATES
The contest will begin on November 2nd and end on January 19th.
FEES
There is an entry fee of $30 due by November 9th.
There are penalties for missing workouts, gaining weight, and not turning your weight in on time. See the PENALTY section for specifics.
WEIGHING IN
Each participant will weigh themselves weekly and submit their weight to Tara at taerae333@yahoo.com. You may send your weight via e-mail, text, facebook, or however you can (contact via email for additional contact information). Tara will be the only person who sees your weight and it will be kept highly confidential.
For consistency please use the same scale each week and weigh in at the same time each week (i.e. morning, night, lunch, etc.).
Your weight must be turned in by NOON on Tuesdays. If you are going to be on vacation or otherwise not available to weigh in on time, please send your in weight early as you will be penalized if you turn your weight in late.
EXERCISE
Each participant is required to engage in a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. You are required to exercise on three separate days--no working out for 1.5 hours one day and calling it quits for the week. There is a penalty for not exercising.
DETERMINING WINNERS
Weight loss percentage will be calculated on a weekly basis once all participants have weighed in and the weekly winner will be announced.
The weekly winner and ultimate winner in this contest are determined by percentage of weight lost, so everyone has a chance to win.
The ultimate winner will be determined by who has lost the highest overall body weight percentage after the last weigh in (January 19th).
PRIZES
Grand prize $500
Second place $150
Third place $70
Fourth place $30
Most weight loss percentage in one week: penalty money
Incentive prizes will be offered following weeks that fall on a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) at $50 each.
PENALTIES
There is a $1 penalty for every pound you gain.
There is a $1 penalty for every day of required exercise missed.
There is a $1 per day penalty for turning your weight in late.
